Refund policy

Due to their limited and unique nature, returned items (excluding final sale items) are eligible for an exchange of size or credit in the form of a THE WEAVE MARKET Credit  Voucher.

~ Returns are accepted within 3 days from shipment. Unfortunately we are unable to honour a return outside of the 3 day return period. 

~ Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed with tags attached, folded neatly in the THE WEAVE MARKET tote bag provided.

~ Shipping costs and custom duties & taxes are non-refundable. 

~ Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a THE WEAVE MARKET Credit Voucher.

Exchanges are available on the same item only, in a smaller or larger size. 

 ~ Final sale items: no returns, store credits, or exchanges on final sale items

~ Once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. This includes cancelling or swapping of any sizes or items within your order. Rest assured we do have a flexible returns policy should you receive your order and it’s not quite right for you.

~ We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. As we are a small team please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once we receive the item. Please be aware of processing delays for Sale/Discount/Promotion items.

~ We are unable to offer price adjustments for promotions and discounts. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before a promotion commenced or after it has concluded.

~ Please note THE WEAVE MARKET provides full responsibility for incorrectly supplied items. Should there be such an issue with your order please email our customer service team <email ID>

LOST OR MISSING RETURNS

Lost or missing returns are not the responsibility of THE WEAVE MARKET. We strongly advise to use a trackable return shipping service to ensure your return is delivered to our warehouse safely.
